Jimmy Tingle’s OFF BROADWAY theater (JTOB) was founded by comic, actor and writer Jimmy Tingle in November of 2002. Our mission is to create a welcoming and supportive multi-use venue for both established and aspiring performers and productions.

During our first year of operation we produced and/or co-produced a wide variety of programming from the worlds of theater, comedy, poetry, music, film, television, children’s programs, literature and community related events.

Over 12,000 patrons passed through our doors during our first year and for their support and positive feedback we are extremely grateful.

We continue to welcome other performers and productions looking for an intimate, friendly and popular venue and gladly consider any and all inquiries. Rentals

The theater is also available for private parties , benefits, fundraisers or political events. Jimmy Tingle can be available as welcoming host, entertainer, or master of ceremonies depending on the needs and budget of the client.
