Jimmy Tingle's
OFF BROADWAY hosts business meetings, private parties, special events
and fundraisers and offers an array of supporting services (listed below)
that are designed to make your event a great success.
Some satisfied clients include the Somerville Chamber of Commerce, JPN Glass and Catholic Charities. Each event has been very successful and the feedback has been extremely positive. We welcome you and your organization to consider our intimate and artistic atmosphere for your next meeting, party or fundraiser. Jimmy Tingle is available as entertainer to provide clean, funny, intelligent humor that will make your event all the more memorable. (Entertainment fee is included in rental package price) Thank you!
Seating

The theater has a maximum capacity of 200
seats. 150 seats are fixed to the floor and are raked 3 rows deep
on 4 sides. There are 50 seats center stage, 50 seats stage right and
50 seats stage left. There is additional floor space center stage which
can accommodate 50 more moveable seats if required.
Catering

We offer top quality
catering that will provide the highest
quality service for your event. We are pleased to be able to serve cuisine
in a variety of ethnic styles, flavors and price ranges that are sure
to please your palate as well as you pocket. Personnel are available
through JTOB to "set up and breakdown" before and after the
event. It is our goal to make sure your evening is a great success by
creating a One Stop Shopping Event Package!

We offer beer, wine, bottled water, soda and coffee
on a cash bar basis or to be included in the overall cost of the event.

Jimmy Tingle's OFF BROADWAY supplies lights, sound,
technical specialists, box office staff, house staff, sound and audio
equipment such as a 8' x 16' white screen for film or video display, two
television monitors, a VCR and CD player. Any additional equipment required
by the renter that is not available at JTOB will be supplied at an additional
expense to the renter.

Jimmy Tingle is a stand up comic, social and political
humorist, actor, and writer. He most recently completed two seasons with
60 Minutes II as the commentator
/ humorist in the Andy Rooney spot. His brand of humor is clean, funny,
and intelligent. The New York Times
wrote of his one man show Jimmy Tingle�s Uncommon
Sense. " He is more than comic wit... so cheerfully intelligent
he makes his audience optimistic in the face of reality." The Los
Angeles Times added that Uncommon Sense was "a thoroughly invigorating
and uplifting experience. "Deeply funny... Powerful sentiment... triumphant
laughs".
Jimmy currently performs extensively for Corporate,
College, and Non
profit organizations both nationally and internationally.
