JTOB has a maximum legal capacity of 200 seats. 162 seats are fixed theater seats (complete with cupholders), and are arrayed around three sides of the floor space on risers. (Consult our floor plan for a more visual depiction). The floor space can accommodate the balance of our capacity in a variety of configurations. We have 10 cabaret tables which seat up to four people per table. We can also remove the tables and replace them with rows of chairs, or eliminate floor seating altogether, trading a lower capacity for a larger playing space. Please contact us for details about the arrangements we have found most effective.

JTOB is equipped with Ovation Ticketing System, an online ticket sales and accounting software with phone sales support by Theatermania in New York City. This allows us to sell tickets through our website, over the phone, and at the door, and provide you with up to the minute sales reports and house counts. We also provide the use of our thermal ticket printer, printing custom tickets for each order.

One house manager will be available at the theater one hour before curtain for every performance. Duties include curtain speech, handing out programs and helping to seat house.

JTOB rentals include the use of a member of our in-house technical staff to formulate a lighting design and operate all lighting, sound, and video equipment. Some tech/rehearsal time is included in the rental package, and additional time may be added at a small fee.

JTOB comes with a complete lighting inventory and rep plot, and an in-house designer/operator. Any additional lighting equipment or personnel required for the production will be at the expense of the renter.

JTOB rentals include a professional grade audio package suitable for amplification, playback and recording for most theater, comedy or music shows. More details available here. Any additional sound equipment or personnel is at the expense of the renter.

JTOB has the capacity to play back DVD, VHS, and/or video feed from a laptop onto our two television monitors, or through our LCD projector onto our 8’ x 16’ white cyc, or onto our pull-down movie screen. More details are available here. Any additional video needs are at the expense of the renter.

Jimmy Tingle's OFF BROADWAY will assist the renter in their marketing strategy with an e-mail blast to our Email Club Members informing them of your show. This will happen approximately one month before the opening of the show. We will follow this with weekly e-mails to our Email Club Members announcing your show with other upcoming events scheduled at the theater. You will have access to our mailing list (snail mail) by zip code for one time use through our mail house. Also included is shared space on our "on street" marquee display and Lobby marquees. Additional marketing created by the renter can include flyers/posters/program stuffers for the lobby of the theater.
